We invite youth leaders and youth workers on the training course on Leadership where you will learn how to develop your leadership skills and become a leader of the project, of the organization or of the company!
Youth organizations play a great role in communities! Youth leaders have the power to influence and guide the youth. We invite you to the training course where you will learn how to develop your leaderships skills and become a youth leader.
Do you see yourself as a leader of international youth organization? Or may be a global transnational company? You want to be successful guiding people? You have a passion of working with people? Then this course is for you!
The course will take part from 26th November till 3rd December 2017 in Moscow, Russia.
How to become a successful leader? What differs the leader from a boss? What are the qualities that a leader should have tomorrow? We invite you to join the training course on Leadership where you will get the knowledge and skills to allow you to develop your own Leadership and become a global leader of tomorrow’s globalized world!
A successful leader should have a particular set of skills. During the course you will learn some of those skills. You will learn how to guide people, you will learn how to give public speeches in order to motivate people to follow, you will learn how to organize the work of teams successfully and you will learn a lot more! You will learn how to become a successful leader!
Today in globalized and international world a good leader should have good understanding of other cultures and countries. Good leader should be able to build professional relationships with people from other countries. International communication is one of the key skills for a good leader. During the course you will improve your skills of international communication and international management.
A good leader should also have a good understanding of own abilities. Every person is unique and has unique set of qualities. The course will allow you to understand better your personal and professional qualities. During the course you will be given some tests in order to determine your strengths and weaknesses. Being aware of that you will realize what are your strong sides and what are the sides that need to be improved and how they could be improved.
During the course on Leadership you will learn a lot on how to become a successful leader. You will develop your leadership skills and learn the tools that can be useful in order to establish your leadership.
Description of Ideal Candidate:
The course aims on youth leaders – we expect participants after the attendance of the course will be able to become successful youth leaders. However, most of the tools and practices discussed during the course can be applied in order to establish the leadership in other fields. You can use the learning outcome of the course in order to establish the leadership in other fields as well – the business, governmental service etc.
The course is organized by the Netherlands Institute of Business. All participants of the course will be provided the certificates about the attendance of the course on Leadership.

Cost/funding for participants:
The fee for the course is 490 euro. The fee includes:
- The program of the course (including all necessary study materials)
- The accommodation (in the comfortable training center in Moscow)
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee-breaks)
- Transfer
- Visa invitation (which you will need to bring to the Russian Consulate in order to apply for a visa)
